How your toddler's growing

If your toddler has shown signs that she is ready for potty training, you may already be well on your way. Some toddlers take to it very quickly, while others may lose interest, will only do half the job (wees but not poos) or refuse to have a go, in which case it may be better to try again in a few weeks' time. It can take longer for toddlers to be dry at night than during the day, and most will have still have accidents for some time.

(confirm, she's still have accidents for some time....huahuaaaa...)

Parent tip: toilet training will come in time

"If your child isn't toilet trained yet, don't get upset. My son wasn't ready until he was almost three, and then he really got into it. It might help to give him a book or video explaining the process - that was useful for us." - Lizzie ( don't give up..don't upset..just do it again n again OK sayang....)

Checklist for me as her mom!!

You don't have to wait until you've checked off every item to start training; rather, look for a general trend toward independence and an understanding of what it means to go to the bathroom like a grown-up.

Your child may be ready to start potty training if she:

• Has regular, soft, formed bowel movements - done

• Can pull her pants up and down - done

• Imitates others' bathroom habits (likes to watch you go to the bathroom, wants to wear underwear, and so on) - well done....miahaha...suka underwear colour2....

• Makes a physical demonstration when she's having a bowel movement (such as grunting, squatting or telling you) - done..but sometimes she's also forget to shout "umi!!! nak encing!!!...."

• Has words for stool and urine - done ..."yak" n "encing"

• Can follow simple instructions (such as "Give me the toy.") - done

• Understands the physical signals that mean she has to go and can tell you before it happens - hermmm...yang ini ada ragu2 sikit....

• Dislikes the feeling of being in a dirty nappy - only for "yak"

• Has "dry" periods of at least three or four hours (this shows her bladder muscles are developed enough to hold her urine in and store it) - ummi pikir japp......rasenya setengah hr dah tukar pampers dah...

• Demonstrates a desire for independence

• Understands the value of putting things where they belong - done

• Can walk and sit down -done

Banyak dah DONE!!..but kene usaha lagi ye NUR FATIHAH SOLIHAH......
